Processa ("we", "us") builds conversion infrastructure and automation systems for dental clinics. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through the Book a call form:
- Your name
- Clinic name
- Email address
- Country
- Anything you write in the "biggest bottleneck" field
- The leak estimate produced by the on-page calculator, if you used it
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and prepare for the call you requested. We do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists without your explicit consent.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and forwarded to our inbox. Netlify's own privacy practices are described in the Netlify privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows from it. If nothing comes of the enquiry, we delete it within 12 months.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is only visible to Processa and the hosting infrastructure described above.
Your rights
Under GDPR and equivalent laws, you can ask us at any time to:
- See the data we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
One email is enough: contact@processa.uk. We reply within one business day.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
