Processa is operated by Sergiu Cuzuioc. Processa helps dental clinics get named when patients ask AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Google's Gemini which dentist to choose. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible for your data
Sergiu Cuzuioc operates Processa and is the controller of the personal data described on this page. For any question about this policy or your data, contact contact@processa.uk.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through the free AI visibility check form:
- Your name
- Clinic name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Country
- Clinic website
- Your role at the clinic
- The area patients search in
- The treatments you want to be found for
This site also uses anonymous, aggregated website analytics that don't use tracking cookies. They tell us how many people visit and whether they request a free AI visibility check, but they do not identify you personally.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and prepare for the call you requested. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): our interest in replying to enquiries sent to us, which you would reasonably expect when you submit the form. We do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists without your explicit consent.
Where your data goes
When you submit the form, your details are sent to our secure automation system, stored in a spreadsheet, and an internal notification is sent to us so we can reply to you quickly.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows from it. If nothing comes of the enquiry, we delete it within 12 months. The same 12-month limit applies to business contact details we collect before you get in touch (see below).
If we contacted you by email
If you received an email from us before you contacted us, we collected your business contact details (name, role, business email, clinic name and website) from publicly available business sources (such as map listings and clinic websites) and B2B data providers, to offer our services to the clinic. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We keep these details for up to 12 months. Reply "unsubscribe" or email contact@processa.uk and we will stop contacting you and delete your details.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries (hosting, email, appointment scheduling and secure internal notifications). They process data only on our instructions. Processa remains responsible for your data.
Your rights, and how to use them
Under GDPR and equivalent data protection laws, you can ask us at any time to:
- See the data we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
To do any of this, email contact@processa.uk with your request. We acknowledge your request the same day and aim to complete any deletion or correction request within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
